Spring Street CDC is always looking for new, fresh, exciting and innovative ways to reach out to our community and provide assistance. It is with this in mind that we are looking to expand and improve our SOAR Summer Bridge Program for youths to have a place for an enriching, educational and fun summer. Our program runs from July 6 through August 21 and is Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 5PM. Each student receives individualized attention in many different aspects and areas to ensure a rewarding and productive summer. We hope that you will join the cause and help us by sponsoring a child to enroll!
The Summer Bridge Program enhances the academic and social developments of 5th to 8th graders through educational support, mentoring, and enrichment opportunities. To further aid in success, the program incorporates activities and events for the student't entire family, helping teach parents how to better support and advocate for their children's success. SOAR connects disadvantaged youth and their families with a caring community through partenerships with the Morris School District, College of St. Elizabeth, Drew University, Seton Hall University, and Unity Charter School.
