Hello, my name is Kiley Hartigan. I am striving to provide the gift of movement to someone who needs it desperately - an amputee in a developing country.
In college, I learned that the Range of Motion Project provides prosthetics to people in developing countries for a fraction of the typical price. My heart ached for those who needed help but didn't have access, and I instantly knew I wanted to be apart of something so meaningful.
Towards this pursuit, I am embarking on a multi-month, multi-resort ski trip with my fiance and dearest friend. During this fantastic adventure, I will use my own access and health to raise money for those who have had their mobility stripped away from them as amputee's.
I am pursuing a career in medicine and am thus committed to a life of serving others. From my studies and personal experience, I understand that movement is a critical part of being alive and of our pursuit of happiness, which is why making this fundraiser was such a no-brainer for me. My goal is to raise enough money to give the gift of movement to someone who no longer has it. ROMP can do this for just $1000! Please help me if you can!
