After spending five days in intensive care, doctors uncovered immense damage in her lungs. Experts believe excessive vaping habits caused Claire's illness. While the direct harms of vape use are still under investigation, it is clear that our children are at risk.
East Georgia Cancer Coalition (EGCC) is a regional 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves 53 counties across East Georgia. Our mission is to reduce the number of cancer deaths within the coalition region through prevention education and information, early detection, and referral appointments for appropriate treatment.
