The Stray Love Foundation now in its eleventh year has helped thousands of animals but now we have some tiny babies that really need your help.
Three babies came to us, all of which had been treated for upper respiratory infections but they did not treat the infected eyes. Sadly Trischa will lose both of her eyes, Matilda (Tilly) will have to lose one and their protective brother's eyes we were able to save, thank God.
They are just at two pounds and the doctors want to wait to do their surgery once they are 3 pounds. Poor Trischa has got to be in pain but she does not show it. If the larger eye begins to rupture (which is very painful) we will get her on pain meds to manage the pain.
Three Enucleations can be very costly so we are asking for everyone to "show their love" and donate what they can for these operations and the rest of their care.
Rest assured, we will find each one a purrfect, loving and safe home once they have a clean bill of health from their veterinarians.
Covid-19 has been very hard on non-profits since we cannot hold our fundraisers so we hope reaching out in this way will help.
Stay safe, healthy and opt to adopt!
