Fresh Food Connect prides itself in helping build a strong, hyper-local, and resilient food system. Now more than ever, the importance of this work is undeniable. Fresh Food Connect is prepared with technology and expertise to connect hunger relief organizations around the country with fresh, local produce grown in backyards, community gardens, and patios, to be distributed to our neighbors facing food insecurity.
We need your help to meet our goal of having 500 gardeners donating their backyard bounty across the country. Our goal of $5,000, raised together, will provide us with the funds necessary to mobilize gardeners to reduce homegrown waste, share abundance and build community resiliency.
There has never been a more opportune time for us to change our food system and we can’t do this without you and your support. We are asking for your engagement and financial contribution to build a more equitable, healthier, and resilient food system, by creating more opportunities for gardeners to support their neighbors.
**Fresh Food Connect has a Chapter Charter agreement with Boulder Food Rescue. Donations will be directed to Fresh Food Connect's national operation and not Boulder Food Rescue.
