The Milwaukee Restaurant Community Needs Our Support!
Several years ago, our nonprofit, SERVE 60, created a signature fundraising event called: SERVE-TASTE-GIVE. We celebrated restaurants, foodies and the great chefs that bring them together. More importantly, our event was also a fight against hunger in the Milwaukee community. We raised enough resources to provide over 35,000 meals for food insecure familes across S.E. Wisconsin.
Now, we're making a pivot and helping all the chefs, restaurant owners and their staffers that helped and supported us when we needed it. We want to make sure that during this global crisis, the restaurants can keep going, pay rent and bills and none of their employees go hungry.
SERVE-TASTE-GIVE is transforming itself into a virtual fundraising campaign designed to give back to all our past restaurant partners affected by the recent COVID-19 global pandemic.
So, if you're a foodie and were lucky enough to attend any of our real world events or just simply love any of these fantastic restaurants and you'd like to do something to help the Milwaukee restaurant community, it's simple...
Please tell your friends, share and donate to our campaign! The proceeds raised will be split among the full list of our past restaurant partners and/or chefs listed below to help save their businesses and provide some much needed wages and tips to their hardworking waitstaff, cooks and crew. It might not be much, but it's the least we can do to help.
And, if we missed anyone from the past events, please let us know and we'll add them to our list of restaurants. Join our movement!
