Sentient AV is an artist meetup focused on community-building and skill-sharing for individuals interested in audiovisual self-expression. The meetup happens bi-monthly at It Looks Like It's Open in Columbus, OH and features a series of lectures and hands-on demos by regional AV artists exploring a variety of topics.
In order to keep the program donation-based and accessible to all, we're looking to raise $600 to help us with the cost of running the meetup. These funds will help us cover renting the space for meetups and pay the artists who come to lecture and share their experience.
Sentient AV started in April 2019. Rachel Wagner (Rew) and David Reyburn run the programming for the meetup, and are supported by Sentient Meat. We are also pleased to have the support of The Fuse Factory, an art and technology initiative in Columbus.
