Since 1912 Sertoma (Service to Mankind) Clubs have being serving communities across the United States. Now in the 2nd Century of Service, Sertoma community leaders are engaged in improving the quality of life in communities by making a difference for those who suffer from hearing loss. Our local chapter, the Downtown Sertoma Club of Greenville, was established in 1980 and follows the leadership of the national organization in helping the hearing impaired and particularly kids. This fundraising campaign is to raise enough money to send 20 kids (ages 7-13) for one-week, to Camp Sertoma. The kids that this fundraiser benefits are either hearing impaired or low-to-moderate income. Without outside financial help these kids will not have the opportunity to attend this life changing camp. ALL MONEY RAISED IN THIS EFFORT WILL SUPPORT KIDS TO CAMP SERTOMA.
