I was diagnosed with SLE back in 2010. I became pregnant and started to get extreme pains in my right calf and found out I had a large blood clot. I ended up having a miscarriage and they started to test me for multiple things after the 2nd miscarriage. After being diagnosed, I had a third miscarriage and began to take steps to try and get the disease under control. Since then I have had it affect me in all sorts of ways. My kidneys, lungs and heart have all been affected to the extreme. In 2016, had a lung hemorrhage and just last year-end December 2018, I had emergency surgery due to a perferrated colon where they had to remove 14 inches and reroute my colon. Though it's been a tough almost ten years I have tried to remain strong and live life to the fullest! I will not give up and hope that someday they can find a cure!! Please help if you can. Anything and everything makes a difference!
