At The Hope Project, we work hard to provide awareness and support to vulnerable children in Las Vegas.
We began combating disparities in low-income communities after learning of the death of a former student, a 15-year-old run-away, 7 months pregnant, whose frozen body was found in a Minneapolis garage.
The details of her death inspired the establishment of The Hope Project, a youth development nonprofit organization dedicated to providing underserved youth with the opportunities and resources necessary to make positive educational, recreational and lifestyle choices.
That said, Las Vegas families whose backs this tourism economy was built on, have been hit extremely hard by the impact of the coronavirus. Most are hospitality workers in the gaming, hotel, culinary and airline industries who have been laid off and have no income to support their children.
These families are in need of emergency assistance!
Would you be willing to make a donation on their behalf? It doesn't take much. Just a small donation of $5, $10, $20 $50... can help purchase necessities such as food and water, soap, hand sanitizers, cleaning products, tissue and more.
So, please. help us help them! Your donation will literally help save lives.
