Milo is a 10 week old puppy who was found in the woods in early March. He was found alone, crying and injured. The finder rushed Milo to Metropolitan Vet in Norristown. Upon examination is was determined that Milo had a minor head wound, as well as a broken back leg that needed pins. It was also determined that Milos injuries were inflicted by a HUMAN, and not an accident, or by another animal.
Milo had surgery to place pins in his leg and he was sent off to foster care to heal. Unfortunatly, today March 27th, 2020, Milo started to experience cluster seizures. His condition is severe and he is back at the hospital in ICU being monitored. The vet is suggesting an MRI to be performed, which could possible give us lifesaving information for Milo. Until we know what is going on, this poor precious puppy will remain in the hospital. The burden of Milos medical costs will completely deplete our bank account, and with 23 other dogs in our care, we desperatly need to raise funds to cover Milos previous surgery and emergency MRI.
