Look at this sweet face and then look at that terrible break in her leg. She must be in so much pain. We don't know what happened to Jada but we want to help her. To do that we need 2 things: a dedicated foster and funds for the surgery to save her leg.
AAHA just learned about sweet little Jada who is at the shelter with a broken femur. Jada is a 3 year old who came to the shelter as a stray with multiple lacerations to her paws in addition to the broken bone. Because of the urgency of her situation, AAHA is hoping to pull her as quickly as possible to get her the surgery she needs and be pain free again. Then we will work to find her a forever home.
AAHA needs your help to save Jada's leg. She will need a foster home to recover in. Could that be yours? Jada needs a quiet environment where she will have her own space. The home should either have no other pets or be able to keep Jada and the others pets separate at all times. Unfortunately, because she is a pittie, she cannot go to an apartment or Homeowners Association that restricts her breed.
Even though she came in with injuries, the shelter says is a sweet friendly girl that enjoys attention and lays her head in your lap while being petted.
If you can help, please apply to foster https://www.aaha-rescue.org/foster-application.
In addition, if anyone is able to contribute to Jada’s surgery and care, please consider donating to AAHA on Venmo (AAHA-Rescue) or at PayPal (Lizzie@AAHArescue.org).
Thank you for helping us help Jada <3>
