I am a highschooler at Regents School of Austin raising money and awareness for the rare and undiagnosed through CC4C!
Those who know me, know 2020 has been a rough one! Through an extensive head injury from my active involvment in soccer, I discovered I have a rare brain issue, this disorder went for 15 years of my life undiagnosed. After a brain surgery in June 2020 to help with the symptoms of my disease, I have spent the last 6 months recovering, away from soccer and most social activites. Because of my journey so far with rare and undiagnosed diseases I felt drawn to CC4C and their mission "uplifting the rare and undiagnosed." I know how hard the struggle of pain is and how easy it is to feel lonely. I want to do everything I can to help other kids through their journeys of battling their sufferings.
To raise money and awareness for these children, I will be accepting donations, as well as selling homeade iced sugar cookies! The cookies will be sold in packs of 6 cookies, $15 per package. Please reach out if you are interested in buying! My phone number is 512-423-0704.
CC4C's mission is to enhance the quality of life for children in Texas with rare and undiagnosed conditions. All funds raised will support financial assistance, mental health and wellbeing, and programs for all CC4C families.
