Samaritan's Hand is looking for financial partners to help us continue to serve this community in 2020. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, our monetary donations have considerably decreased. We need your help now more than ever to keep us funded and open! We have continued to operate our Sober House (our 15 bed residential facility) at the same capacity and we have moved all of our group meetings to an online platform. All of our expenses remain the same despite the Safer-At-Home order currently in place. Would you consider helping us? As the stimulus money is starting to arrive, would you consider giving a portion to us to help serve those who are struggling with addiction in this community?
Samaritan's Hand recently acquired the office space directly above us and we are in the process of doing light remodeling work in order to have a larger meeting space for our meetings and bible studies. This extra space will allow for us to expand our services and start an evening Intensive Outpatient Program that can run simultaneously to our AODA meetings and bible studies. There is currently no evening Intensive Outpatient Program in all of Sheboygan County so this will fill a large cap in services for the community!
Attendance at our meetings and bible studies in 2019 was 3,294 people and we took over 1,500 phone calls of people looking for help. There is no doubt that our services are needed in this community and need to continue and expand. We would love for you to partner with us and help us bring hope and healing to those who are struggling with alcohol or drug addictions.
Thank you for supporting us!
