Can a $10 gift change a life?
It sure can.
$10 = 1 child for 1 year. It's that simple.
For the price of a coffee and scone at your favorite coffee shop, you can help a child achieve true personal success through goal setting and the journey to run 100 miles (or more!) in a single school year.
How many kids would you like to support?
The 100 Mile Club Story
27 years ago one teacher, in one classroom, made a commitment to her students - to help them find joy in school and become happy, healthy, and connected. With the goal to make fitness a way of life she challenged them to run or walk 100 miles in a single school year. The success of these students led to the formation of the 100 Mile Club, an award-winning, national nonprofit organization that currently serves over 1.2 million students in more than 4,500 schools in all 50 states.
Who does the 100 Mile Club serve?
• all kids, ages preschool through high school.
• all regions: urban, suburban, and rural.
• all populations: privileged and at-risk.
• all abilities: from the student who discovers running as a new talent, to the child who physically struggles to put one foot in front of the other.
The 100 Mile Club transcends race, gender, ability, socioeconomic status, and lifestyle and helps schools sustain and celebrate daily physical activity in a nonthreatening, supportive, and fully-inclusive environment.
