Hello friends of Timothy and Andrew,
I’m writing to announce the 13th Austin Marathon to benefit find a cure for my boys.
It has become a family tradition and important center point of our local fundraising for CureDuchenne. Through the years, you all have helped us raise important fund which have developed into projects like gene editing, gene therapy and exon skipping. All of which are either in clinical trial or close to it.
Back when I ran my first Austin Marathon for CureDuchenne there were zero clinical trials and now we have multiple in-human drug trials with more in the pipeline.
It is for this hope of a cure that I keep running for the boys who can’t run. Our boys know the race is all about their well-being and it gives them hope to see me run for them every year. They draw from my strength and I in-turn draw from the support of all of you! We couldn’t fund a cure for Duchenne if it weren’t for your help and encouragement.
We know Timothy and Andrew will be fine eternally, but while we journey here, please consider supporting my steps on February 17th, 2019 as we seek to CureDuchenne.

All our Love,
Tim, Laura, Timothy, Andrew Revell
