My name is Magan and I'm fundraising for the Parkinson's Foundation to make lives better for people living with the disease.
In January, I will be running a 22-mile trail race (Running the Rose in Tyler, TX). This will be the longest distance I've ever run and I am attempting to raise $25 for every mile I'll run. This is a personal mission for me as I've seen how this disease has affected my stepdad Lou.
If you didn't know, this disease can have both motor and non-motor related symptoms that affect a person neurologically, their movement, and their senses.
My fundraising will support the Parkinson's Foundation and help serve the Parkinson’s community by:
· Understanding Parkinson’s through research toward a cure
· Ensuring better care for everyone living with Parkinson’s
· Educating and empowering the Parkinson’s community
Every dollar counts, thank you so much for your support!
