Hello Everyone! As you can see from the picture above, my father was there for me when I needed him. Twenty three years later, I sat by his side as he was diagnosed with ALS. As many of you know, my father's struggle with ALS ended last year on July 10, 2018, five days before my birthday-someone told me it was an early birthday present from my father to me-they knew how difficult the last four years were for him, me and my family. We knew the end result when the diagnosis was made, but never knew what the journey would be like. It was difficult for us, I can't imagine what is was like for him. Saying that the disease takes a toll on a family is an understatement, I tell you this from personal experience. He/we were lucky enough to have him home for his entire illness, other families may not be as fortunate. Any donation will help CT families and patients affected by ALS. Thank you so much in advance for your donation.
