Young or old, Cancer is a painful affliction that at some point, or through some relation, affects us all. This disease does not discriminate across gender, race, or age, and it causes unimaginable pain and suffering. It's a thief that robs us of loved ones and time. I have personally fought and won against the battle of Melanoma. But I have lost many loved ones to many other forms of Cancer, and I have loved ones who are still fighting their battle against one form or another of this horrible disease. On April 16, 2018, I am running the Boston Marathon to fight against Cancer. I am running in honor of those whom we have lost, and I am running for those whom are fighting their own battle. I run because they can't. Please join me in fighting against this horrible affliction. Every dollar amount, no matter how big or small, helps make huge strides. Donations from generous individuals like yourself brings us one step closer towards finding a cure. Donations also go towards helping those pay for needed treatment. Please join me in the cause, and Stand Up to Cancer. Keep up the fight Betsy, "Nanna," Katie B., Brenda W., and countless others! You are all amazing! We love and miss you Janelle, Keaton, Lauren, Rose L., Bubba H., Tommy W., Julie P., Mrs. Winfrey, Mary-Elizabeth B., Alice-Anne, Mrs. Handy, "Miss Margaret," and Uncle Johnny S.
