We are running the Brooklynite Half Marathon in honor of Claire Randall, a strong woman with a powerful and unique voice, ever-changing hair color, and genuine compassion for everyone around her. Her radiance and compassion for other left an indelible mark on the world and we hope to honor her by supporting a cause she cared deeply about--economic empowerment for survivors of gender violence.
We are raising money in support of the Claire Randall Fund for Economic Empowerment, a program providing education and training to help survivors of gender violence learn the skills they need to secure living wage jobs and break the cycle of abuse.
As we train for this race, we will be thinking of Claire every step of the way and we hope to honor her by raising $2,000 for this crucial fund. Help us reach that goal by donating today!
