Thank you so much for taking part in our 4th annual "Run to Mtulu" youth COLOR fun run event! Over the last four years, we've been able to use the money raised from this event to provide text books for students in rural Kenya, complete a Primary School classroom and contribute to a brand new dormitory for our high school girls.
We aim to surpass our goal from 2017 and help in the aftermath of a tragic fire at Taru High School for Girls, where their entire dormitory burned down, including all their personal items and books.
We hope to raise awareness and educate students in the U.S. on what school is like in rural Kenya while also providing a way they can turn their awareness into action to make a difference in the world.
We invite you to join us in raising both awareness and funds on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018 as we run a "race" course that will mimic some of the challenges kids in rural Kenya face as they run or walk to school. There will also be a bake sale, a raffle, and items right from our Kenyan village to help kids learn more about life in Kenya.
Join our event by clicking the orange "REGISTER" button.
Registration is $20 per youth; adults run for free. Register by Oct. 6 to receive a FREE "Run to Mtulu" t-shirt.
