A little bit about Royal Family:
Royal Family KIDS is about treating people royally, making moments matter and moving forward. In the summer, abused and neglected children from Wayne, Washtenaw and Oakland Counties come to camp for FREE. Over 70 volunteers take time off work and away from their families to let those kids know that they are loved and there is hope. We give them positive memories that can change their course in life forever.
A little bit about Nate and Delaney:
If you know Nate and I you know our joy for volunteering at this camp. After meeting at camp in 2014 our love for this organization has continued to grow. This past year Nate mentored one of his campers from the 2018 camp through the school year, while I helped behind the scenes as a Club Staff memeber. There truly is no greater joy than loving kids who are the least loved. Camp gives Nate and I the opportunity to give back, right here in our community. We grew up in families where we were loved unconditionally, had conisistent and safe adults around and ultimately knew we were made with purpose. It's our hope that we can show these same things to our foster kids at camp.
Thanks for joining in our journy!
Expecting God's Best,
Nate & Delaney
