As a child, I was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to regularly exercise. I believe this helped shape me as a happy, healthy young person and adult. Some kids are not so lucky. In November, I’m running the New York City Marothon as a part of Team TCS. We’re running in support of Rising New York Road Runners, a running program for kids of all fitness levels from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. It's designed to get kids moving, while building their self-esteem and teaching them to make and reach personal goals. If you are able to donate, please think about doing so. Exercise is so important for kids, especially now with phones, tablets, video games, etc. I am so lucky to have grown up in an active household. Help someone else have that same opportunity!
