October 1st marks the first day of the Junior League of Phoenix’s 2nd Annual Little Black Dress Initiative! For five consecutive days, JLP members, including myself, will wear the same little black dress to illustrate the limits faced by our community's sisters, mothers, and children.
The money raised from our campaign will be used to support the JLP’s focus of "Building a Healthy Arizona" specifically, funding our limit-defying programs such as ROCKETS, Kids in the Kitchen, United Way Ending Hunger in the Classroom, and Kids Cook with Heart at Halle Heart Children’s Museum.
As a proud member of The Junior League of Phoenix, I am passionate about our mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
My goal is to raise at least $1,000 of JLP's overall goal of $30,000. No donation is too small to show your support. Thank you!
