The current playing surface at our Peachtree City Kedron rink was purchased approximately 15 years ago when another rink was upgrading their floor. We have had it at our rink for the past 15 years. During that time whenever another rink was upgrading their floor that had the same tiles, we would purchase the used tiles and use them to replace the tiles that were old and crumbling. Unfortunately, we can no longer get replacement tiles as they are no longer made and there are no more rinks with the tiles. We have been trying to work with Peachtree City for the last few years to get them to replace the floor as it is a city facility but they will not do it. We have applied for numerous grants and have been turned down by all of them because the facility is owned by the city and the grant approvers see that as being the city's responsibility. We have also reached out to numerous large companies in Peachtree City and have been turned down by everyone. Our last hope is to raise the money on our own. If you are able to help us out, we would sincerely appreciate it. Our goal is to ensure that we will have hockey in Peachtree City for many years to come!
