Our beloved hill's t-bar cable is nearing retirement (at nearly 61 years old!). Over 3,800 feet of steel needs to be replaced this coming summer. It's a big job but is critical to the hill.
The current cable has carried countless members up the hill and it is now ready to retire. If you have skied down the Skaneateles Ski Hill - this t-bar cable probably carried you up! It's original!
Our ski hill is the oldest volunteer-run, member-owned ski club east of the Mississippi. Our community has kept us going for 61 years and worked hard to create a family-friendly atmosphere that is great for kids to learn how to ski.
The t-bar cable is our main lift and without it, we won't be able to ski the big hill. Your support will help make sure that the hill remains the little gem it is!
No donation is too small - it all makes a difference in being able keep our hill going for future generations. You can also help by sharing this campaign.
We also have sponsorship opportunities available. Please visit our website for more info.
Thank you for your generosity! We hope to see you out on the hill!
