We Can End Malnutrition! HOW? By stopping food waste! The Solar Food Preservation Facility does just that. Fruit, vegetables, roots, tubers, chicken, fish, meat, dairy, and eggs can all now be preserved long-term in the without huge investments into electrical infrastructure. This breakthrough is simple to operate, uses the thermal energy from the sun to refrigerate and boil water for glass jar canning. Everything is housed in side a 40' shipping container. New jobs are created for women (Women posses excellent fingertip dexterity) in the glass jar canning station. Women from the community now make and preserve all food from the farm in the canning station. The women also create and preserve baby foods, stews for entire families, and nutritious drinks.
Instead of needing to eat an entire goat or cow before it spoils the farmer can slaughter the animal, store the meat in the walk-in cooler and then store the fresh protein in glass jars for consumption later. This invention makes not only makes farming more efficient it makes life easier and healthier for those who need it most.
The business of farming nutritious food versus growing a garden is now an option. Farmers can now grow larger plots of nutritious crops. During harvest periods the farmer can preserve the nutritious food long-term with almost Zerowaste, without needing access to electricity. The farmer capitalizes by turning normally wasted crops into profits. In Sub-Saharan Africa the farmer loses 50% of his/her crops before they reach the market. NOT ANY MORE!
We supply the farmers in developing nations with Solar Food Preservation Facilities. We ship and implement the technology on the farmers property. We train and educate our customer(s) how to operate and maintain the technology. Our hands-on training program is perfect for uneducated elders. We also provide this same hands-on training program for our sister non-profit organizations who train and educate the youth how to become the workforce that market, sell, install and maintain the Solar Food Preservation Facilities.
The Solar Food Preservation Facility is brand-new! REDC Foundation is giving away the first Solar Food Preservation Facility to a lucky farmer and his/her family abroad.
The Solar Food Preservation Facility comes with a business model. For those of you interested please review the paper at http://redcenergy.com/white-papers/
