The Early Learning Express Bookmobile needs a new home!
Since becoming a program of the Winston Prouty Center last year, the bookmobile has been parked outdoors. There is a garage on our campus, but it's just a little too short to fit the bookmobile. We need to raise $4,000 to raise the roof.
The bookmobile is an extremely enjoyable and valuable service for our area's young children and their teachers. Sueño LeBlond, our bookmobile librarian, visits 40 early care and learning programs throughout Windham County, bringing stories, music, puppet shows and other engaging early literacy activitites as well as collection of over 5000 books and resources available to borrow.
Please help us create a permanant home for the bookmobile so that we can continue our visits for many years to come.
All donors to this effort will be recognized by being listed inside the new space.
If you prefer to donate offline, please send a check to: 209 Austine Drive, Brattleboro, VT 05301
