Pure Heart Foundation, an organization that provides services and support for children of incarcerated parents, was broken into and vandalized a day before their open house. After weeks of renovations and cleaning and preparing for the open house, the house was broken into in the early morning of February 21, 2020, and the kitchen appliances, hot water heater, furnace, AC and a whole room's worth of school supplies and hygiene products for the kids were stolen.
The house that is slated to open for programming in the spring, will provide children of incarcerated parents a safe place in the community to call home and a place for academic enrichment and support. Any donation that you are willing to make to help cover the cost of repairing the damage that was made and replacing items stolen will help make an impact and will help us reinforce that we aren't going anywhere and that we will be back stronger than ever for our community. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us and the community!
