Help us feed 2,000 of New York's hungry and most vulnerable!
New Yorkers need your help! We are Xavier Mission, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing basic services as well as opportunities for empowerment and self-sufficiency to New Yorkers in need. While we've had to adjust our programming over the past month, we are still open and continue to provide ESSENTIAL SERVICES for thousands in our city.
Because of restrictions on gatherings, and concerns about social distancing, our Sunday Welcome Table (soup kitchen) meal service has switched from a sit-down meal to a grab-and-go lunch bag model, which is twice as costly as a sit-down meal. We are now making and distributing 1,500 lunch bags each Sunday. We are also delivering bagged groceries each month to our senior food pantry guests, so that they don't have to risk their health to get food. We can't do either without you!
Our goal is to raise at least $8,000 to fund 2,000 meals for New York's homeless and hungry throughout this crisis.
Every dollar makes a difference.
$4 means 1 lunch.
$20 means 5 lunches.
$50 means groceries for 5 families.
$100 means 25 lunches or groceries for 10 families.
We kindly ask that you join us in supporting New Yorkers. Your gift will help provide immediate support so we can make and distribute meals for New York's most vulnerable. Thank you for helping us to serve our community!
