Project H.O.O.D. is helping Chicago parents get through a very tough year!
Your donations will help our students and parents with school supplies, breakfast, lunch, and snacks!
We are pleased to announce our new Virtual Learning program for grade school students. The program began on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at Project H.O.O.D. and New Beginnings Church.
Each students sits with another student to watch their online classes as designated by their Chicago public school. The safety of our students and staff is our first priority and we adhere to all COVID-19 restrictions including, social distancing, masks, and thorough cleaning before, during, and after sessions.
We will have at minimum 30 boys and 30 girls in separate facilities. Students are carefully monitored, mentored and tutored.
Project H.O.O.D. provides breakfast, lunch, a snack, school supplies and a safe and encouraging atmosphere.
Extra tutoring or homework help is also provided via Zoom.
