WHY I'M DOING THIS PROJECT: my name is Gracie and I really want to be a marine biologist because I want to help save the ocean. If we reach our goal of 375 dollars then I will adopt five sea turtles. all of the money will go to Oceana, a charity. https://gift.oceana.org/collections/adopt-a-sea-turtle/products/sea-turtle-gift-pack-adoption?variant=16908318539845
If you donate money you will get a charm to put on the bracelet. The first donation that you do you get a bracelet for the charms.
WHY WE SHOULD ADOPT SEA TURTLES: The green sea turtle is the largest hard-shelled sea turtle species, growing up to 4 feet long and 350 pounds. Known as the ocean's lawnmowers, green sea turtles eat a strict diet of seagrass. Sadly, six out of seven sea turtle species are classified as threatened or endangered due to bycatch, egg poaching and hunting, as well as entanglement and ingestion of marine debris. Sea turtles are protected in most areas of the world, but still face threats that could push these important species over the brink.
