Project Hasana is more than just good deeds. It's about making a difference that can change that pathway of someone's life. BDesh Foundation partnered with Bridge America to donate Project Hasana's 55th car to a refugee in need.
Recently, a medical student from Syria was in his last year of medical school. However, since the Syrian Civil War began he decided to quit his medical school and dedicate his life to serve those who were injured and displaced in the war-torn areas. He stayed serving on the ground until he was jailed and tortured repeatedly because of his acts of good deeds.
Given his high academic achievements and continued noble acts of medical service for the displaced refugees in Turkey, he was awarded a grant in the United States by Johns Hopkins University to complete his studies. He moved to Baltimore and he graduated in 2020. However, he was running out of means as he could not land a job until recently in 2021.
The brother could not receive a Maryland Driver's License since the beginning of the pandemic because of the suspension of these in-person services at the DMV. It wasn't a priority for him to get one prior because he didn't need to drive in Baltimore. However, with his current job and continued noble acts toward the community - he is in need of a vehicle now more than ever. He is known as an honorable and bashful brother. He doesn't ask for help as he beliefs that there are other refugees that deserve it more.
Alhamdulillah BDesh Foundation along with Bridge America donated car their 55th car to him to empower this Syrian refugee doctor who is now a graduate of John Hopkin University. Every dollar, you donate toward Project Hasana brings an everlasting impact on someone's life. Please donate today and make a difference.
