All current registered riders must complete this Lodging and Transportation survey by June 26, 2020 so we may finalize plans to better accommodate you all during the four-day journey from Cleveland to Cincinnati!
All cyclists regardless of whether staying in dorms or hotels must fill out the survey!
Before moving to the survey questions, select the ticket option that corresponds to the number of nights you'll need a dorm room.
Note that you only need to purchase a quantity of ONE ticket, regardless of how many dorm nights you need.
Dorm lodging cost is $35 per night. All dorms are air conditioned and linens are provided. There are four total overnight stays:
-- Wednesday, 7/22, at John Carroll in Cleveland
-- Thursday, 7/23, at the College of Wooster in Wooster
-- Friday, 7/24, at Ohio State University in Columbus
-- Saturday, 7/25, at Wittenberg University in Springfield
If you will be staying in the dorms for all four nights, please select the ticket option for FOUR nights ($140), and purchase a quantity of ONE ticket.
If you will have alternate arrangements for some of the nights, select the ticket option for the number of nights you'll be staying on campus. For example, if you plan to stay at home or with a friend or family member on one or more nights, decrease the number of nights on your ticket accordingly. You will tell us which specific nights you need later in the survey. In any event, you are still purchasing only ONE total ticket, but it will be priced according to the number of nights you select (one night - $35, two nights - $70, three nights - $105).
If you are planning to stay at hotels and do not need any dorm rooms, select the ZERO night ticket option. This option is free and we need you to continue to the survey for further questions. You will need to contact our partnering hotels to book your rooms and pay them directly. A list of partnering hotels with POHR room blocks is posted on pohr.org under the Lodging and Transportation page.
