The Dallas Companion Animal Project's Pets For Life Outreach Team spends day after day in Dallas' poorest and most under-served neighborhoods fighting to improve the lives of pets and the people who love them, providing free spay and neuter, vaccinations, dog houses, pet food, education, and much more. The Pets For Life Outreach Team, Dallas' premier grassroots "boots on the ground" pet protectors, is at the heart of DCAP's mission to strengthen the connection between people and animals, and save more lives by keeping pets in homes and out of shelters.
Now you have a unique opportunity to be a part of this effort and help strengthen the impact they have!
On Friday, April 27th, over 500 of the Southwest's smartest animal welfare professionals will converge on Austin, Texas for the 10th annual Texas Unites Conference, and the Pets For Life team would very much like to attend. The conference would give them a chance to advance their knowledge of pet health and behavior, marketing and community outreach, team building, leadership and field services through 3 intensive days of inspiring workshops, incredible networking opportunities, and exposure to brand new products and services.
But we need your help to raise $ 2,000 by February 28th so we can register the team (and save with the early bird registration discount!), reserve the hotel rooms, and secure transportation. Your gift can help the DCAP team save more lives. Donate today! All proceeds go directly to DCAP - www.dallasanimals.org.
