The Pedal Champions group consists of grade 10 students, who are all very excited to participate in this years bike-a-thon at St. Francis Xavier. We will be on the bike for 24 hours straight and will be making sure the pedalling doesn't stop. We would be grateful for any donation, or even a campaign like. Any share on social media would be greatly appreciated as well.
[A huge thanks to everyone who has helped our team reach our goal of $1,500! We could not of done it without the generous donors and those who could help out by sharing. Our team is still working to raise as much as we can before the deadline, so its not too late to give us a campaign like, share or donation!]
A special thank you, from the Pedal Champions group. If you have any questions about this team please contact: email@example.com. (Further information below).
St. Francis Xavier High School is excited to have our annual 24 hour bike-a-thon fundraiser event on March 6-7, 2020 in support of the Dreams for Kids Fund, the Sign of Hope Campaign and students in need at our school St. Francis Xavier. The proceeds will be split as follows:
50% Dreams for Kids Campaign supported by the Edmonton Catholic Schools Foundation.
35% Sign of Hope Campaign for Catholic Social Services.
15% St. Francis Xavier students in need.
The Dreams for Kids Campaign provides hot lunches, mental health supports, and emergency supports for students in need in our own Edmonton school district.
Sign of Hope Campaign provides services and programs for people dealing with addictions, domestic violence, elder abuse, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, HIV/AIDS, homelessness, refugees, and street youth. The funds going to our school, St. Francis Xavier, will be used to help students who are struggling. It will help to provide food for students in need, bus tickets, subsidized athletic and grad fees.
