The Pine County Sheriff’s Office has an annual “Not So Neat” event that begins every November that chooses to support a charitable fund every year. This entails employees of the Sheriff’s Office giving monetary donations in order to grow out facial hair and the opportunity for some staff to wear more casual attire.
This year the vote was cast and PCSO and its supporters have chosen:
Backing the Blue Line - Police Wives of Minnesota
The group offers a forum for law enforcement wives to find and provide hope and support for each other through friendships, networking, discussion, and service. Current committees include: Family Support, Fallen Officer Memorial Rose, Social Events, Community Engagement, Blue Line Ball, Membership, Merchandise, Volunteers and Marketing. They support the Minnesota law enforcement community by providing resources and emotional support to law enforcement officers and their families and serving as a positive voice in the community. They are backing those who represent the thin blue line.
The Pine County Sheriff’s Office has had the support of Backing the Blue Line in recent events and would like to give back.
We encourage our community to join our effort in this event!
