My mother Roberta has Parkinson's Disease. Sadly she is not alone. An estimated 10 million people are living with Parkinson's right this minute. There have been huge advances in managing Parkinson's Disease but there is no cure. And we need a cure!! So this summer, I am running the Bay of Fundy International Marathon -- This is a small (300 runners) event that goes from Maine to Canada and back. It's 26.2 miles of hills -- not little baby hills, not Central Park Hills, not one big Heart Break Hills, but constant hills. So I ask you to make a donation. All the money goes directly to the Michael J. Fox Foundation!
As a little incentive - if you donate $200 or more, you can have your choice of one of our Eight Strings & a Whistle CD's or Doug Anderson's CD - "One at a Time", being released ths coming August, featuring ".., mood, enough..." for viola solo.
