What does it take to create a production with Out of Pocket Inc.? Time, dedication, talent, and the drive to spread the word and fight for causes in need. This year, through the help of donors like you, Out of Pocket, Inc. was able to raise funds and awareness for organizations such as NAMI, Rochester’s Jennifer House, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Now, as we start to plan our upcoming 11th Season we are reaching out to you for help to continue the work and sharing that Out of Pocket brings to the community through its love of theatre.
The Out of Pocket, Inc. “2017 Lock-in of Blessings and Curses” features participants volunteering to be locked in for 13.5 hours while reaching out for donations to assist them during that time. Each participant will be given a goal amount to reach as they participate in challenges to assist them in their success. Are they up to the challenge to get by? Better yet, are you up to the challenge to help fund their way?

Out of Pocket, Inc. was started in 2008 with the goal of producing and presenting quality shows in Rochester and giving actors and theatre-goers a way to give back to their community. Our mission is to use theatre to raise awareness and funds for local and national non-profit organizations. Out of Pocket, Inc. produces and presents high quality shows at a minimal cost to maximize the funds raised for these non-profit organizations.
