Together we are experiencing unprecedented times that have changed the way we will move forward as a country. Our organization is founded on the principles of helping others through our initiatives and programs. Never before have we experienced a world where showing we care means keeping our distance. We want to give back to those who need our help NOW more than ever!
Like most people, with the exception of our frontline workers, we have been doing what we can but our efforts have been greatly impacted by the current situation. We want and need to do more. But we need your help to do this.
Most recently, we donated $10,000 to support Chef José Andrés and his efforts to feed those in need through his non-profit World Central Kitchen. We also brought live programming to our constituents and their families to enjoy during these challenging times of COVID-19.
On this Global Day of Giving we ask that you support us so we can continue to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. Our next series of givebacks include supporting those who are working on the frontlines, from health care workers to first responders. Please help us give back to those who put themselves before others every day. Together we are stronger… Together we can make a difference. Donate now…..
ABOUT ORANGE RIBBONS FOR JAIME
On February 14th, 2018 our daughter Jaime Guttenberg, along with 16 other victims, was tragically murdered by a troubled former student at her high school in Parkland, FL. She was only 14 years old.
Following the tragedy, we formed Orange Ribbons For Jaime (ORFJ), a 501(c)3 to honor our daughter by supporting causes important to her in life, but also causes that deal with the way her life was tragically cut short.
