Around the world, animals raised on factory farms experience a great deal of abuse and cruelty. This major corporation has been able to keep its operation and procedures from the public eye.
Over the past few years, a number of investigations have uncovered an increased level of abuse and torture to animals living at these facilities. Imaginable actions have been committed including cows being kicked, punched, and dragged by the neck; piglets’ getting their tails cut off without anesthesia, and chickens getting stabbed or stomped to death.
As a grad student at North Park University, I am always awarded the opportunity to align what I learn in the classroom to a real-life experience. I have been learning about the importance of fundraising for nonprofit organizations. Recently, I have decided to partner with Mercy for Animals due to my dedication to live a plant-based in order to support a world without animal cruelty.
Mercy For Animals is dedicated to putting an end to this cruel food system and replace it with one that is not just kind to animals but essential for the future of our planet and all who share it.
Impacting an organization that has chosen to help change the agriculture system is truly important to me. I am proud to be able to serve a cause that is making a difference in the lives of others around the world. Please consider joining in on my efforts and support Mercy for Animals by making a donation.
By donating $20, you will help Mercy for Animals continue to conduct investigations of industrial farms and slaughterhouses, ban cruel factory farming practices, as well as create a more sustainable environment.
Thank you in advance for your contributions!
