Help us support our heroes during this time of need.
National Veteran Resources is a non for profit 501c3 that assists Active Duty Military, Veterans and First Responders with resources for PTSD, Suicide Prevention, Mental Health and family assistance.
My name is Michele Ladd and I am Founder of this amazing organization.
We travel the country in the HERO MOBILE a 32 Ft RV wrapped with love in the American Flag featuring portraits of Wounded Veterans, Military, and a portrait of a wife that lost her Veteran husband to suicide. There are logos to every Military branch and First Responder departments. We have helped hundreds of heroes with our Got Your Six Program and emotional support along with local resources and connections to help them with their needs.
God has called me to this ministry and I named my travels in the HERO MOBILE "Operation 22 to ZERO" in hopes to help save/change the lives of Active Duty Military, Veterans and First Responders.
I do that by traveling to (and my next tour) involves visiting Veteran Organizations, Churches, Police Depts, Fire Depts., Ambulance Depts, Colleges, Large Companies, events and the heroes themselves seeking to find education, jobs, programs and more to help our heroes and their families find resources to help them with their needs.
If you could share this on all your social media, jump in on the push ups to raise awareness and do a fundraiser on FB, we could keep our ministry and mission alive.
Gofundme offered us this grant so we are starting our fundraiser today in hope of receiving the $1000 grant
Before the Coronavirus, there were many planned fundraisers to help with the monthly expenses for running National Veteran Resources and since March 10,2020 all fundraisers were cancelled and without the funding, quite honestly, our mission and ministry will be forced to only offer local support and not be able to travel and visit heroes across America.
To show their support for our mission, there are Veterans, First Responders and civilians doing 22 push ups a day to encourage us to keep moving and to raise awareness to the Veteran suicide of 22 a day. This is a video of Veteran Jonathan McQuiston and this video is in honor of a mother that lost her Veteran son to suicide.
and Veteran Tiffany Orner who is literaaly rallying the country to do these push ups
For giving Tuesday, Gofundme will donate $1000 if we raise $1000 please help.
We have until May 10th to raise the money to get the grant so please donate and share.
Also, Gofundme allows you to do your own fundraiser and name our organization National Veteran Resources so we would love you so much if you did your own as well:)
Thank you friends,
God bless and please be safe and healthy!
