The Ollie Otter Child Safety Foundation founded in 2006 holds the solution to a serious problem: lack of seat belt and booster seat education to our youth at a critical age when good safety habits are formed. The program's main objective is to educate children in pre-k through 4th grade with interactive programs in elementary schools. Ollie and his team visit all 95 counties in Tennessee and complete over 350 school and community events annually. Approximately 300 seat belt safety advocate volunteers are trained each year to implement the programs in the local community. The program is a perfect fit for service learning opportunities and volunteer organizations. Since 2006, Ollie has high-fived over 900,000 children across Tennessee. Be a part of the Ollie Otter Child Safety Foundation as we reach 1,000,000 kids.
