We've all had someone in our lives who has been affected by cancer. I lost my father and a close friend and colleague to cancer. I've seen how friends or their loved ones have struggled battling this disease. Fortunatley, some of my friends have survived the battle. This will be my third year paddling for the Ocean of Hope. We are a team of paddlers and ocean enthusiasts who set out every year to train and race in honor of cancer patients who are experiencing the unpredictable seas of cancer diagnosis, treatments, and uncertainty. Helping patients to navigate their diagnosis and reach their goals is the mission of the Ocean of Hope, and we are proud to do it with grassroots support. Your tax-deductible donation (EIN# 68-0443045) will help maintain our services to those fighting cancer. The team honors those with this rare and deadly form of cancer and assists them to find the guidance, education, support and crucial second opinion grants that they need. The services of the Sarcoma Alliance are free of charge and rely heavily on generous contributions such as yours. Please support the athletes from The Ocean of Hope Campaign who are “dedicated to the sea of people affected by cancer.” Thank you for your donation, Yvonne
