WALK WITH ME FOR FANTACON 2019!
I am proud to be a part of FAN4Kids and walk on December 7, 2019 in Central Park to fight childhood obesity which is an overwhelming undertaking but FAN4Kids is making a huge dent in this war.
It's a fun day to get bundled up with your families, sip some hot cocoa and take a short jaunt through the park ending up at a festive party to toast the holiday and celebrate the success of our campaign.
There are three easy ways you can participate with me in FANTACON:
1. Join my team
2. Create your own team
3. Donate to support our campaign or make a general donation
Signing up takes less than a minute and by doing so, you can be helping us make our goal of $25,000 this year.
Remember, it costs $170 to support one child to participate in our FAN4Kids program in one school. But any gift counts!
Be sure to share with all of your contacts on social media, LinkedIn and via email!
I can't wait to see all of you out on the 7th!
We will be meeting at the Imagine Memorial at 11 am at 72nd Street in Central Park on Saturday, December 7. It's a short walk, but may be a bit chilly so bundle up! Post walk festivities location Three Monkey's Bar on 54th Street.
There will have prizes for most creative team shirts, festive walker, and top fundraiser.

What is FAN4Kids?
FAN4Kids is a program that puts an instructor in underserved NYC and NJ pubic elementary schools to teach an academic year-round fitness and nutrition curriculum. As one of the few programs that combines both subjects which we find to be of critical importance, we also track all of our results to prove impact at each of our schools, and work to transition the entire health culture of the schools by working with the teachers, administration, parents and local partners including the bodegas around the schools to promote healthy options. Since our inception in 2004, we have reached over 20,000 kids and families.
