November Project is a free fitness movement that was born in Boston as a way to stay in shape during cold New England months. Now in 51 cities around the world, we encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels to get out of their beds and get moving. Since 2014, November Project Philadelphia has been building community at 6:25am every Wednesday at the Art Museum steps, and Fridays at rotating locations throughout the city. Our workouts typically consist of some running, accompanied by bodyweight exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and burpees! November Project is about showing up and sometimes we need to show up for those who can't or those in need! We can't wait for you to #justshowup with us!
Legacy of Hope exists because no promising cancer research should go unfunded, and fighting cancer should not cost a family their home or cause a family to go hungry. Legacy of Hope is creating a united front to find a cure for every cancer, and to fight alongside those who have cancer.
