NORTH CAMDEN LITTLE LEAGUE NEEDS HELP!
On 6/19/2019, Bryan Morton of the beloved North Camden Little League arrived at Pyne Poynt Park to get ready for a game only to find that the concession stand was broken into and all the equipment purchased over the past 9 years was stolen.
Anyone who knows the story of the North Camden Little League and the "Baseball Revolution" knows how much hard work and fundraising it took to build it to what it is today. The impact on the leagues' ability to use this resource as a means of offsetting the cost to families of children who play across the City is immeasurable.
The outpouring of support and requests for a way to donate have only solidified what a great community we live in and reinforces how important this program is to the kids and families in Camden. Please help by donating whatever you can afford. We have a very generous offer from an anonymous donor to match donations up to $6,000 which will greatly help us reach our goal of replacing the all of the equipment and ensuring better security at the concession stand.
Thank you, we are a "City Invincible"!
