NODADBOD is partnering with West Hartford fitness facilities and United Way Emerging Leaders Society (ELS) for an epic endurance event. Participants will engage in 10 unique exercise routines at different locations from 5am-5pm on Saturday November 17, 2018.

EVENT GOALS:
1. Raise funds for ELS, a United Way affinity group of local young professionals from a variety of area companies who come together to support educational programs in our community that help children gain the skills they need to be successful in school and in life.
2. Highlight the amazing West Hartford fitness scene and cultivate a more cohesive and collaborative wellness community.
3. Challenge event participants to test their physical and mental limitations to reach new heights.
NODADBOD CREDO:
To start and continue a conversation revolving around sustained wellness achieved through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. To organize a community of like-minded people striving to simply get better. To share information in an open source format that ultimately helps all improve. LET’S GET BETTER TOGETHER.
