Sewing Canvas Art with Grace
Sewing canvas art! Sounds hard to do, but it is super simple and fun to do. If you have TikTok, you probably have seen a quick tutorial on how it's done. For this class, we'll go through it step by step. The theme of the art is going to be fall. All you need is a canvas of any size, thread (like embroidery thread), a small/medium needle, tape, and acrylic paint. These items can be found at Target, Walmart, Michaels or any other store. It's a perfect excuse to get out and shop!

Dance Class with Margaret
Contemporary style dance class with basic, but "feel-good" movement to "Holocene" by Bon Iver. We will begin with a simple warm-up and then proceed to learn some choreography. With the craziness of the world right now, let this class be time dedicated to making your body feel strong, capable, and centered.

Piano Recital by Samuel
A casual recital featuring classical and jazz piano and improvisation, including Mozart, Kapustin, and more. Samuel Shing has been playing piano since he was four and completed a BA in music at the University of California, San Diego. He began learning jazz piano in college and loves having jam sessions with his friends.

Feeling tight from sitting on zoom meetings, studying all day, or working? Come join us to stretch it out and wake up your muscles! We'll focus on lengthening, breathing, and abdominal strengthening to really center your mind and fire up your core. All fitness levels will benefit from this relaxing but empowering class.
