Nigela is a young kitty rescued from the streets of Guatemala. Sadly, she had been hit by a car and was pregnant.
A kind bystander helped her as she dripped blood from her body as she moved. She was brought to the vet immediately and was assisted and stabilized. It was also confirmed she had a fractured tibia.
She required surgery to place external tutors on the leg to help with the fracture and she responded very well. Unfortunately, an emergency C-section had to be performed to remove her babies that had died. The trauma had been too much, and it was too late.
It has been tough for Nigela to say the least. But she can fully recover and have a good life. We are helping to raise part of the funds needed for her surgery and medical bill. Please consider donating to help her start a new life free from suffering.
